COSCUP 2024 Customized Community Sponsorship Program

COSCUP provides a unique opportunity for sponsors to support COSCUP and their chosen communities. This customized sponsorship program enhances sponsors’ visibility and strengthens their connection with the community.

Sponsorship method instructions:

1. Choose a Sponsorship Package：
   • Sponsors must select the “Friend” package or a higher-level sponsorship.
2. Total Sponsorship Amount = Sponsorship Package Fee + Chosen Community Sponsorship Amount.
3. Sponsorship Amount for a Community：
   • The amount allocated to a community cannot exceed one-third of the total sponsorship amount.
     • Example 1: Gold-level Sponsorship (NTD 137,500) + Booth (NTD 27,500) = NTD 165,000. The maximum community sponsorship amount cannot exceed NTD 55,000, which is one-third of 165,000.
     • Example 2: Friend-level Sponsorship (NTD 22,000). The maximum community sponsorship amount cannot exceed NTD 7,333.

Sponsor Benefits

@COSCUP

• Sponsors will receive corresponding benefits based on their chosen sponsorship level (including add-ons). For detailed information, please refer to the official sponsorship program.
• The official website will feature the unique community sponsor logos.

@Community

• The sponsored community will receive two small table flags, which can be placed at the session track or community booth. Community booths are not allowed to display any other sponsor-related items.
• Community session tracks or booths will provide verbal promotion to help sponsors in their outreach efforts.

開源社群年度盛會 COSCUP 提供了一個獨特的機會，讓贊助商能夠在支持 COSCUP 的同時，也能支持他們選擇的特定社群。這個客製化的贊助方案不僅提升了贊助商的能見度，也加強了與社群的連結。

贊助方式

1. 選擇贊助方案：
   • 贊助商需選購「好朋友方案」或更高等級的贊助。
2. 指定贊助社群的金額：
   • 贊助給社群的金額不得超過總贊助金額的1/3。
     • 例如1：黃金級贊助(NTD 137,500) + 攤位(NTD 27,500)，贊助社群金額上限為 NTD 55,000 -> 贊助總金額為：NTD 220,000
     • 例如2：好朋友級贊助(NTD 22,000)，贊助社群金額上限為 NTD 7,333 -> 贊助總金額為：NTD 29,333
3. 總贊助金為 贊助方案費用＋指定贊助社群金額

贊助商權益

@COSCUP

• 贊助商將根據選購的贊助等級(及加購項目)獲得相應的福利，詳細資訊請參閱官方贊助方案。
• 官方網頁標示獨特社群贊助商 logo。

@社群

• 社群將獲得兩個小桌旗，桌旗可放置在議程軌或社群攤位上，社群攤位不得放置任何贊助商的物品。
• 社群議程軌或攤位可提供口頭宣傳，協助贊助商推廣。
