行政組整地期招募 / 2024 籌備前預備培訓

行政組今年持續精進，2023 年無休止，我們即將於 2023 年 9 月進入一段全新的整地期。這段時間將需要大量的腦力計算、模擬和規劃，以確保接下來的計畫項目能夠順利展開。

在 2023 年，我們行政組負責多項重要計畫，包括療癒市集（按摩、瑜珈、冥想）、一日志工、市集餐車、療癒講座、親子工作坊、前夜派對、慶功宴、交通費補助、志工住宿、交通接駁車、志工服務台。我們在這個充實的（累）一年中不斷進步，為各項計畫注入更多活力。

整地期將分為數個關鍵階段，包括各專案文件的撰寫與歸檔、團隊協作平台的調整（從 Trello 轉向 GitHub Project）、行政組業務的介紹、以及重要的「社群志工」計畫和 2024 年計畫的提案。同時，我們也會提供必要的培訓，確保每位成員都能夠在整地期間充分發揮自己的能力。

我們誠摯邀請各專長領域的朋友加入行政組。整地期計劃將招募 5 位成員，並額外保留 3 個候補名額。整地期預計將於 2023 年 9 月 18 日開始運作，並在此期間結束後，您可以選擇直接成為 2024 年的組員，無需再參加 2024 年的甄選過程。

有興趣加入整地期間的農事，歡迎附上 300 字內的自我介紹（包含不同領域的專長至少二項）並挑選相關問題至少三題不限字數，並寄出申請！

Early Guide to Joining COSCUP 2025

COSCUP 2025 BoF / Hacking Corners 參與辦法及使用規則

你想在 COSCUP 現場發起一場自由討論、技術分享，或是臨時揪團寫 code 嗎？COSCUP 在會場安排了 BoF（Birds of a Feather）與 Hacking Corner 空間，鼓勵參與者除了聽議程，也能有更多樣的交流機會。以下說明本屆參與辦法與使用規則。 Want to initiate a spontaneous discussion, technical sharing, or impromptu code sprint at COSCUP? As always, COSCUP offers BoF (Birds of a Feather) and Hacking Corner spaces at the venue to encourage participants to engage beyond just attending sessions. Below are the participation guidelines and usage rules for these spaces. COSCUP 2025 Call for Proposals / 徵稿辦法

COSCUP 常規徵稿已於 2025-05-10 截止，接下來進入加碼徵稿階段。加碼徵稿是為了提升大會的稿件品質，依據投稿狀況（數量、品質）部分徵稿主題可能提前喊停。最遲請於 05 月 24 日(AoE) 前投稿，徵稿主題可參考下方列表。 The regular call for proposals (CFP) for COSCUP closed on May 10, 2025. We are now entering the bonus CFP phase to improve the quality of submissions. Some topics may close earlier than expected, depending on the current status of submissions (in terms of quantity and quality). Please submit by May 24 (AoE) at the latest.
