Collaboration Guidelines

To ensure a smooth collaboration, please read the community collaboration guidelines carefully. By applying to join, your community is considered to have agreed to these guidelines.

Available Time Slots for Sessions

Each community is generally allocated one day, approximately 3-6 hours, for their sessions. Given that COSCUP’s lecture rooms and time slots have been in high demand over the years, we strive to prevent resource waste. By applying, you commit to fully utilizing the allocated session space.

When scheduling sessions, the community is free to decide the duration of each talk and whether to include breaks. The community’s agenda coordinator must complete the session schedule within the agreed-upon deadline.

If you are unsure whether you can fill a full-day schedule with proposals, please consider co-applying with another community or indicating in your application that you would like COSCUP to help with matching. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a match.

Agenda Management System & Joint Call for Proposals (CFP)

The event will use an agenda management system (Pretalx), and all session content must be imported into the system to appear in the official program.

By default, communities will participate in a joint CFP process. If your community has different plans, please specify them when applying.

When applying, you must provide the details of the information you wish to collect during the CFP (e.g., preferred types of proposals, any special fields, etc.). The COSCUP team will compile this information and publish the CFP announcement and submission form accordingly.

On-Site Documentation

The conference requires your community to arrange personnel to assist with on-site documentation. Your staff must ensure that the recording equipment in the lecture hall remains operational and correctly records the sessions during the event. After the event, dedicated personnel will be available to assist with video editing according to the provided guidelines.

The videos will be released under the CC BY 4.0 license. If a specific speaker requests that their session not be recorded or live-streamed, please carefully consider whether to include them in the agenda and only do so after discussing it with the conference team.

Due to limited resources and staff, the conference can only provide limited support for on-site documentation. We cannot guarantee that every speaker or session will be photographed or recorded. If this is required, the community should arrange their own personnel to assist with the photography and recording.

Coordinators & Required Staff

When applying, please provide two coordinators representing your community. Once the application is accepted, these individuals will serve as the primary points of contact with the COSCUP team.

During the community sessions, at least one coordinator must remain in the lecture hall to handle administrative matters for that time slot.

Communication Channels & Contact

The primary point of contact for all agenda-related matters is the Program Team. If you have any questions, please reach out via program@coscup.org.

Additionally, the Program Team will arrange Open Hour, where community members can join online to ask questions. You are welcome to join Open Hour to discuss any questions, ideas, or suggestions related to COSCUP’s latest updates, plans, and information.

Community Booths

Passionate FLOSS community partners, if you're looking to recruit new members, promote your initiatives, or gather with fellow members at COSCUP 2025, we're providing limited space for FLOSS community booths. Submit your application through the form for a chance to secure a spot at the event!

今天透過 AWS Lightsail 的 $10/month instance(1 core CPU + 2GB RAM + 60GB SSD),作業系統則是 Ubuntu 20.04 來示範。 AWS optimized kernel...

Python 3 (for develop) pipenv (for dependency management) OLAMI (for NLP) ngrok (for testing) Step 1. Creating new bot Telegram I can help you create and manage Telegram bots. If you're new to the Bot API, please see the manual ([https://core.telegram.org/bots](https://core.telegram.org/bots)). You can control me by sending these commands: /newbot - create a new bot /mybots - edit your bots [beta] /mygames - edit your games ([https://core.telegram.org/bots/games](https://core.telegram.org/bots/games)) [beta] Edit Bots /setname - change a bot's name /setdescr...
