每個講題 3 分鐘，時間一到就切掉您的畫面，並邀請觀眾拍手掌聲鼓勵。歡迎將您想曝光的 Projects、Idea 或小議題在這裡跟大家分享!

This year, the Lightning talk is on July 30th from 16:35 - 17:05 (UCT+8) at Room RB105!

報名方式 / How to sign up

自 2032 July 29 上午 10:00 起至 2023 July 30 中午 12:00 止 (UTC+8)，在大會服務台於紙條上填入以下投稿內容交件:

  • 講題名稱
  • 講者名稱
  • 加入 Telegram 群組或提供email (可以加手機連絡方式作為備用)
  • 使用語言

From 10:00 am, July 29th to 12:00 pm, July 30th, sign up for your lightning talk by writing down the following information at our service desk:

  • Topic
  • Speaker name
  • Join Telegram group or provide email (with phone number as backup contact)
  • Using Language

報名辦法 / Rules

  • 自 2023 July 29 上午 10:00 (UTC+8) 起至 2023 July 30 中午 12:00 止 (UTC+8)，時間一到不再受理交件。
  • 名額共 10 位，錄取方式為隨機抽籤，主辦單位有權決定最終錄取結果。
  • 請留下有效的聯絡方式，如果資訊不完整將不另行尋求聯絡方式，於 2023 July 30 下午 1:30 前未連繫上的講者則視為放棄，並將機會讓給下一個隨機抽籤出來的講者。
  • 閃電秀只接受現場參與，不開放遠端參與。
  • 一個講題只有 3 分鐘。
  • 若報名一題多講者同視為 3 分鐘演講，不接受延長。
  • 一個講者只能報名一次閃電講 (多講者也被視為已報名)

  • We only accept deliveries from 10:00 am, July 29th to 12:00 pm, July 30th. Please be punctual as there will be no waiting for late-comers.
  • We will draw ten topics randomly from the drawing box. Note that COCSUP reserves the right to the final decision.
  • Please make sure that we can contact you anytime. Your quota will be given to other speakers if we cannot get in touch with you before 13:30, July 30th.
  • The Lightning talk session is not open to virtual speakers.
  • The duration of each talk is three minutes.
  • Time extension is not accepted even if multiple speakers are on a single topic.
  • Each speaker could only sign up once (including topics shared with multiple speakers)

當天流程 / Run-down

  • 主辦單位會在 2023 July 30 13:30 (UTC+8) 前於 Telegram 閃電秀群組公告錄取名單並告知下一步，閃電秀結束後將群組刪除。
  • 錄取名單請見 Facebook 粉絲團公布，若您在 14:30 前沒有收到任何通知，即沒有被錄取，名額有限，歡迎明年繼續報名。
  • 若您有自備筆電，講桌可以外接 HDMI，但不保證其相容性，建議您自備或現場跟台下借；如果您沒有電腦，請在群組上告知，我們會讓您提早將簡報放到 RB105 的資訊講桌。
  • 閃電秀當天下午的任何一時段下午的中場休息時間歡迎上台借用講桌進行測試，若演講時間即將開始前 3 分鐘離開台上並終止測試，並請先讓下一場演講講者完成設定或測試後的空檔才可以測試。

  • We will build a Telegram group with all drawn speakers before 13:30 (UCT+8), July 30th. The group will be deleted after the event.
  • The final list will be posted on our Facebook fan page. Your talk is not drawn if we have not contacted you by 14:30. Welcome to sign up next year!
  • The desk is able to connect with HDMI if you have your laptop. However, we suggest you bring your adaptor or borrow from other speakers to make sure it works. If you do not, please contact us through telegram, and we will help to put your slides into the RB105 public computer.
  • During the lightning talk event, you are welcome to use the podium for testing during any intermission in the afternoon. However, please make sure to leave the stage and terminate the testing three minutes before the scheduled speech time. Also, please allow the next speaker to complete their setup or testing before conducting your own testing during the break following their presentation.

講題注意事項 / Notice

  • 講題必須符合 CoC 規範。若違反規定工作人員有權隨時中斷您的分享。
  • 我們不會預先審查您的投影片，但若您想分享的主題有可能造成部分聽眾不適或冒犯任何人，請在分享開始前充分預告，以讓可能感到不適的聽眾有機會迴避。
    • 舉例：戰爭、疾病、昆蟲等敘述或影像。

  • Your presentation topic must comply with the CoC regulations ↗. If you violate the regulations, the staff reserves the right to interrupt your presentation at any time.
  • We do not review your slides in advance, but if your topic has the potential to make some audience members uncomfortable or offend anyone, please provide ample warning before starting your presentation so that those who may feel uncomfortable have the opportunity to avoid it.
    • Examples include descriptions or images of war, disease, insects, etc.

COSCUP 2018 CfP is open! Submit your proposal before May 25th, 2018.

Finally, the CfP of COSCUP 2018 is here ! (中文見下方) We have pleasure to work with GNOME.Asia Summit to have a joint conference this year, plus 16 Community Room tracks and special tracks hosted by the staff, makes COSCUP 2018 a 15-parallel-tracks conference -- wow! Thanks to all the community members to make it happen. We are looking for talks in several open-source related areas, please submit your proposal before May 25th, 2018 . After the review process from the coordinators, we will publish the full programme in early July. All the talks will possibly be recorded and the video clips will be released under CC:BY-SA 4.0 . If you have something in your talk that cannot be recorded or released under CC, please do leave a note in your proposal.
